Up to 4YRS LITTLE PARTNERS (parent/guardian)

This program is a gateway to your child’s continued physical development and what we hope to be, a lifelong love of martial arts and personal growth. These classes are done with a parent and are a great bonding tool. They also help with socialisation of the little ones in a group atmosphere, preparing them for all types of team sports.

Teen program

The Teens program will incorporate the above lessons and benefits of self defence training with a primary focus on conflict de escalation, avoidance and situational awareness.

Getting through your teenage years is challenging at the best of times so we seek to teach our teens about the importance of recognising dangerous situations and avoiding the associated risks. That being said we aim to equip them with the necessary skills to stop an attack should it occur.

Adult programs

The adults program consists of ongoing Krav Maga training with a system of 10 incremental levels. Incorporated into the weekly training will be dedicated lessons or guest instructors specialising in other arts to provide an appreciation of other areas in the self defence space.

We practice what we preach and after learning and drilling techniques we like to dress up in some padded gear and try it out. There’s no need to be intimidated as our “pressure testing” is done to the ability of the student. It’s a vital part of training and provides you with an understanding of the difficulty in self defence. The last thing we want is students with a false sense of security taking risks in the real world where they should not.
